Global Alliance for Africa is a world-renowned charity focused on giving ICT skills to teachers across Africa.  With their simple, day-long PD workshops, GAA empowers thousands of teachers to use programs like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and ChatGPT to enhance their classroom experience and reach more kids. The GETS-GlobalAlliance digital badge program will award 1000 teachers who successfully complete the workshop with GETS tokens (US$10 equivalent) and an ICT BASIC CERTIFICATION FOR TEACHERS digital badge.  The teachers learn the basics of blockchain by using the system to get their certificate and reward which they can publish and add to their CV or social media.  Every $36 dollars donated certifies one teacher and 50 students.
