About Kindr

Kindr provides grant funding to schools to support program implementation and conducts
data-driven exit studies to evaluate their effectiveness. Additionally, Kindr donates a
comprehensive toolkit, including the Kindr curriculum and the Lasting Happiness program,
tailored to specific grade levels. Educators consistently report a decrease in “unkind
behavior” when Kindr programming is utilized in their schools.

Kindr in Prisons

Kindr also provides programs for adults in custody, offering hope, a changed mindset, and a
new framework for living. Meet Umberto, a kindness leader in prison despite serving multiple
life sentences:

2025 Funding Goals

Overall Goal: $2.5 Million

Kindr 100 Campaign

Goal: $10,000 donations from 100 donors.
The campaign invites donors to become “Kindness Leaders” by adopting a school in an underserved
community, transforming it into a Kindr School. On average, each school impacts 520 students,
aiming to reach over 50,000 new students in 2025.

As a thank-you, public donors will be celebrated via web-based and live activations, and receive 1000 $GETS (optional). Supporting multiple schools is encouraged to expand the kindness movement further.

Adopt-a-Classroom

Donation: $2,000
This funding provides a teacher with the resources to implement Mindful Kindness training and
supports a data-driven research study measuring its impact.

Adopt-a-Student

Donation: $100
Fund a kindness course for one student, earning them a badge and 100 tokens upon completion.
Tokens serve as both an incentive and a means to spark meaningful change.

Success Stories

A Kindr-funded program in the Philadelphia School District significantly reduced bullying and
unkind behaviors in pilot schools. The initiative’s success led to district-wide implementation,
showcasing the transformative power of teaching kindness at scale.
